Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov signed a decree approving the Plan of additional measures to strengthen the fight against smuggling in the Batken Oblast.
The document was signed in order to further strengthen the protection of legitimate rights and interests of citizens, economic security of the state, combining the efforts of all state institutions and citizens to combat smuggling and economic crimes on the territory of Batken Oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Thus, ministries, administrative agencies, the General Prosecutor’s Office, presidential envoy in Batken Oblast, together with local state administrations and local self-government bodies involved in the implementation of the Action Plan have been instructed”
– To take measures to implement the Action Plan within the established time frame;
– Quarterly, until the 15th day of the month following the reporting period, to submit information on the implementation of the Action Plan to the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Control over execution of this order is assigned to the Department of Control over execution of decisions of President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
