President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Zhaparov, strongly condemns the violence committed against children, his spokesperson Erbol Sultanbaev wrote in social networks.
Sultanbaev noted that the public was greatly outraged by the case of violence against a 13-year-old girl, moreover, by police officers.
“The suspects in this case, which caused justified public outrage, were arrested in February and fired, all of them are currently in custody. The case is pending before the court. We believe that a fair punishment will be given,” he said.
The presidential spokesperson stressed that the actions of these individuals cannot be justified or any mitigating circumstances for their crime.

He also added that the state will continue to make every effort to prevent violence against children.
