the Day of Entrepreneurs is celebrated in Uzbekistan. On the eve of the date, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a Decree, according to which for the contribution to the stable development of the economy, the improvement of the business environment, the development of entrepreneurship, the increase in export potential, the creation of new jobs, the introduction of innovations, a group of our compatriots, who serve as an example for everyone with their success in business and social activities, was awarded the badge “Faol tadbirkor”.
In total, 100 entrepreneurs from various regions of the country received high awards. On 20 August r, 35 of them were awarded badges in a solemn atmosphere by local khokims of the respective regions. For 65 business people, the award ceremony was held in Tashkent – at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Jamshid Khodjaev, as well as Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Jamshid Kuchkarov.
On behalf of the Head of State, sincere congratulations were addressed to the businessmen of the country on their professional holiday – the Day of Entrepreneurs, which is widely celebrated in Uzbekistan for the second year in a row.
In the speeches, it was noted that in the process of preparing for the “Open Dialogue”, the feedback system showed its effectiveness – requests and proposals were received through call centers and Internet portals, after which they were processed in the Headquarters for the collection and analysis of requests created under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade entrepreneurs. Thus, to date, 12,015 appeals have already been received, of which 8,470 problems have been resolved with the participation of responsible ministries and departments. Work continues on the development of algorithms for solving the remaining ones.
In addition, within the framework of the “Week of Open Dialogue with Entrepreneurs” announced by the Government of the country, panel sessions were held in conference mode with the participation of the heads of relevant ministries and departments, international organizations, world-class experts on topical and burning topics of interest to entrepreneurs, specific cases and methods of problems, discussed both the current state and prospects for the development of economic sectors, improving the investment climate and creating comfortable conditions for the work of entrepreneurs, which is reflected in the growth of business activity in the country.
Business people were thanked by the Head of State for their determination and activity, for their contribution to the development of the country’s economy.
Entrepreneurs, in turn, expressed their gratitude for the high appreciation of their work, for their trust and support, for the conditions created for doing business in the country, and promised not to stop there, expanding their activities, setting an example for colleagues and contributing to the further development of the economy Uzbekistan.
