VIENNA, (Monitoring report) – Reuters claims to have seen a report by the U.N. nuclear watchdog, which alleges Iran is pressing ahead with its rollout of an upgrade to its advanced uranium enrichment program.

Western countries, talking to Iran for a deal on its nuclear program, worry that Iran is moving towards the ability to make nuclear bombs. Iran has always denied any such intention.
