RAWALPINDI,April 11: US special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Ambassador Richard G. Olson called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif at General Headquarters here on Monday.According to a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), overall regional security situation with particular reference to situation in Afghanistan came under discussion during the meeting. Ambassador Olson also appreciated the efforts of Pakistan in the ongoing fight against terrorism.-Agencies
