LAHORE, January 11: People’s Party leader Aitzaz Ahsan has said that it is prerogative of the parliament to decide about the role of Pakistan in Saudi-Iran dispute. Talking to media in Lahore High Court premises on Monday, Aitzaz said that Pakistan should not entangle in the row between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
He said Pakistan’s taking side in the dispute could deteriorate internal situation in the country. The PPP leader called for a joint session of the parliament to decide about the role of Pakistan in the dispute and not any government office.
