
ISLAMABAD, April 14: Since the meeting between Nawaz Sharif and Narindra Modi in Lahore in last year December ,Pakistan and India are in the contacts and modalities for the resumption of Secretary level dialogue between both countries are under discussion.
This was said by the spokesperson of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nafees Zakaria during the weekly media briefing on Thursday at Foreign Office .
Foreign Office spokesperson said that arrested Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadev, who was arrested from Balochistan by Pakistani security forces is still under investigation and on his indication some other agents were also arrested. “Whenever, we get any further information from him, it will be shared with the media” he said.
He told the media that a Indian prison Karpal Singh had a heart attack and admitted in ICU but could not survived and lost his life. Pakistan contacted Indian High Commission at Islamabad for arrangement of the shifting his body to India.
He said that Pakistan’s Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Pathankot visited the affected Airbase. Also, shared information with India. He said that investigation still going on.

Spokesperson said that Pakistan playing its due role, in Quadrilateral Coordination Group (QCG). While responding different queries he said that Pakistan is not interfering internal affairs of Afghanistan. Rather, Pakistan wants peace in Afghanistan and let us hope that peace return in Afghanistan, without peaceful Afghanistan, peace can not be sustained in Pakistan and even entire region. He said that (QCG) next meeting is in danger.
“US special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Richard G. Olson in his meeting with Secretary of Foreign Affairs, in which they discussed on QCG framework for talks on Afghanistan. He said this framework is ongoing process.
While responding the question on human rights organisation criticism of human rights violation in Pakistan, Spokesperson said that Pakistani government taking steps for regarding the issue. “Our parliament has different legislations for the betterment of human rights here” he said.
He said Pakistan condemned the human rights violations in Nigeria, especially Boko Haram terrorist activities there.
He said that nine out of 45 Pakistanis, who were stranded in Tashkuergan in Xinjiang province due to inclement weather, return back to Pkiatna. Pakistani Embassy, Beijing, assisting other the stranded people, is closely coordinating with the Chinese Foreign Office and local authorities in Kashgar for their safe return to Pakistan.-Online
