It looks like a beginning of stardom for Fawad Khan after his endorsement in the Bollywood and the flicks including his debut in Khoobsurat has earned him heaps of praise. he actor is missing no chance in making the most of the celebrity stature and latest reports suggest that Khan has increased his fee in Pakistan.
According to a report in Yahoo News India, Fawad Khan used to charge Rs 5-6 lakh for a serial of 25-30 episodes at home, but now he charges Rs 20 million (two crore) for the same.The report also adds that the TV industry at home can’t afford to pay such a whooping amount to Khan. But he is earning the desired amount through endorsements, hence not rushing for other deals.
When it comes to his demand in Bollywood, speculations are doing the rounds that Fawad Khan might be starring beside none other than Bollywood’s Deepika Padukone in an upcoming flick which will be directed by Karan Johar. Khan has already made quite an impact in India and Bollywood with his latest movie Kapoor and Sons. Kapoor and Sons starred Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Rishi Kapoor. The movie has already released and has earned Fawad laurels and accolades for his role in Kapoor and Sons. Karan Johar stated time and again during his show Koffee With Karan that his production house loved Fawad and would love to cast him again in a movie. – MD
