ISLAMABAD, May 18: Minister of State for Capital Administration & Development Division (CA&DD), Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary, has said that we are working to make Islamabad an ideal destination for diplomatic community. He stated that while talking to newly appointed ambassador of Argentina to Pakistan Ivan Ivanissevich, who called on Minister of State here in Islamabad on Wednesday.
Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary welcomed the newly appointed ambassador to Pakistan and hoped that his stay in Pakistan would be a pleasant experience. He said that according to the vision of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Islamabad is being developed as a world class model capital. The beautification of the city’s parks, reconstruction of roads and infrastructure, preservation of Marghalla Hills Forest and arrangement of cultural and social events and such other projects for the development of the city would attract the diplomatic community, the MOS added. He also apprised the newly appointed ambassador on Polyclinic Hospital’s extension project and informed him that one of the floors of the proposed new building of the hospital will be named after Argentine.-PR
