SC summons Khurshid Shah over illegal recruitments in EOBI

ISLAMABAD, May 30: Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday summoned Opposition leader Syed Khurshid Shah over the matter of illegal recruitments in Employees Old Age Benefit Institution (EOBI).
Three member-bench comprising Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Ameer Hani Muslim and Justice Faisal Arab conducted the hearing of illegal recruitments in EOBI.
During the hearing, NAB counsel took plea in court that central accused of the case is behind the bar while further investigation is continued in this case. Supreme Court Judges said in their remarks that SC verdict on Nov 21, 2011 was violated over the matter of illegal recruitments. – Sabah
