RAWALPINDI, June 7 : Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Tuesday met with Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Sun Weidong in the General Headquarters (GHQ).
Both had discussion over the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, said ISPR.
According to the Inter-Services Public Realtions (ISPR) department, matters of mutual interest and the overall situation of the region were also discussed during the meeting. Chinese ambassador lauded the efforts and sacrifices made by the Pakistan army in regards to promoting regional and global peace.-Online
