- Says peace in Afghanistan is imperative for stability in Pakistan and the region
ISLAMABAD, July 10: Advisor to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz says Pakistan is extending every possible support for peace and reconciliation in Afghanistan.
In an interview with Radio Pakistan’s News and Current Affairs Channel , he said that peace in Afghanistan is imperative for stability in Pakistan as well as region. He said Pakistan wants peace and dialogue processes to go ahead in Afghanistan.
Sartaj Aziz said that Pakistan is taking indiscriminate action against all terrorists during operation Zarb-e-Azb, as it has no favorites in Afghanistan. The Advisor said Kabul is continuously blaming Pakistan for whatever is happening there due to social, economic and political instability in Afghanistan.-Agencies
