
ISLAMABAD, July 20: Black Day was observed across the country and on both sides of Line of Control on Wednesday to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir and condemn grave human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir.
Rallies and functions were held across the country and Azad Kashmir to draw attention of the world community towards the burning issue of Kashmir.
All officials of federal and provincial governments wore black
arms band while on duty to express political, moral and diplomatic support to Kashmiris.
Black Day was also observed in President House Islamabad to express solidarity with Kashmiri people against Indian atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Special prayers were offered for liberation of Kashmir from Indian Occupation.
Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq while strongly condemning the brutalities committed by Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir has urged United Nations to take steps for the holding of plebiscite as per its resolutions.
In his message on the occasion, he said Kashmir is the unfinished agenda of the United Nations.
He said Pakistan will continue its political, diplomatic and moral support to the struggle of Kashmiris for their right to self determination.-Sabah
