- Says Pakistan desires resolution of the Kashmir dispute peacefully though dialogue
ISLAMABAD, August 27: Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry has said that the entire world wants implementation of the United Nations’ resolutions on the Kashmir dispute. Aizaz Chaudhry said his Indian counterpart refused to hold dialogues after accepting the invitation.
While talking to media in Islamabad he said that Pakistan desires resolution of the Kashmir dispute peacefully though dialogue. He said the Kashmir dispute should be resolved.
The Foreign Secretary said India should come to the negotiating table on the Kashmir issue. He said he had invited his Indian counterpart for talks on the Kashmir issue, who refused after initially accepting it. To a question, he said Pakistan has suffered the most from terrorism in the region.-Sabah
