LAHORE, August 28: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday has announced that a petition against Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would be filed in Supreme Court of Pakistan today (Monday). He said the solid proofs are present against Nawaz Sharif. He said why NAB did not take action against prime minister. He said the 56 percent fund of Punjab is spent on Lahore but everything was exposed during rainfall on Saturday.
Talking to media in Lahore, Imran Khan said that the party is preparing to stage a crowded march on September 3. He said that he will invite all the political parties for consultation over Panama leaks issue.
Imran said he will send delegations to all political parties. He said the corruption can only be eliminated from country when the accountability will start from Nawaz Sharif. He said all political parties should reach Lahore on their separate containers. Nawaz Sharif is not responding on Panama leaks issue, he added.
He asserted that corruption can only be eliminated by holding accountability from higher officials.
PTI chief strongly condemned anti-Pakistan speeches of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief and said that his statements are more venomous than Indian PM Nerender Modi. He said the enemies of Pakistan could not deliver such speech which was delivered by MQM Quaid, adding that there is no permission to deliver such speeches in any democratic country of the world.
He said Altaf should be sent in jail after filing case against him in Britain, adding that Pakistani government should approach Britain government against Altaf Hussain.
He said case under law of incitement to violence should be filed against Altaf in Britain, adding that action of Altaf is against the laws of Britain. He said that no one could defend the speech of Altaf.
He said that the actions of the MQM chief are against the values of the British legal system.
“Even enemies of Pakistan would not deliver such speeches that the MQM chief did,” said Imran Khan.-Sabah
