Editor-in-Chief of Pakistan Observer Zahid Malik passes away

Editor-in-chief and publisher of English daily Pakistan Observer Zahid Malik passed away on Thursday at the age of 78.
The Namaz-i-Janaza of the veteran journalist, who passed away after a protracted illness will be offered at 5pm at H-8 Graveyard, Islamabad. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of the author, scholar, analyst and former bureaucrat, Radio Pakistan reported.-Agencies
