- Japanese Prime Minister appreciates Pakistan’s efforts against
terrorism and acknowledged economic reforms of the govt
NEW YORK, September 20: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif says Japan is a close friend and partner of Pakistan in its development.
He stated this in a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who called on him in New York on Tuesday.
Prime Minister apprised him about efforts of Pakistan against terrorism and extremism in the country.
Japanese Prime Minister on this occasion appreciated Pakistan’s efforts against terrorism and acknowledged economic reforms of the government.
He condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Pakistan in which number of precious lives were lost.
Prime Minister condemned the nuclear test conducted by North Korea.-Agencies
