  • Asks Bilawal to come out for ‘new Pakistan’
  • PTI can postpone Raiwind march if tension with India escalates

imrankhanKARACHI, September 25: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that he has only difference with Nawaz Sharif over corruption and whole country is united on the foreign policy of country. He said Kashmiris have decided to not remain under India, adding that India has focused on Pakistan instead of awarding right to self determination to Kashmiris according to United Nations resolutions. He said if India will try to commit any adventure then whole country will be united. He said if state institutions will not provide justice then only option in democracy is left peaceful protest, adding that is using its right of peaceful protest. Imran also asked Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to come out for ‘new Pakistan’.
Talking to media in Karachi, Imran Khan said that the Kashmiris are running independence movement against Indian atrocities. He said that the path chosen by Indian PM Modi is not right as he talks about enhancing trade between both countries but also wants to isolate Pakistan from entire world.
PTI chief said that organizational structure dissolved due to intra-party elections. He also termed Karachi as political hub but said that experienced people have refrained from joining politics due to terrorism.
The nation will see new changes in Karachi situation as Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has disowned its founder, he added.
He also declared MQM founder as biggest terrorist over his anti-Pakistan slogans.
Imran Khan also said that judiciary does not need any NOC from the government for launching accountability investigation against PM.
Imran Khan said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif brought harm to the state institutions for hiding his corruption. Khan said that Panama Leaks controversy has given an opportunity for making “Naya Pakistan”.
Imran Khan said that state institutions were not free in the country and the aim of PTI to take to roads is making a new Pakistan.
The PTI chief said everywhere in the world accountability starts from the top, saying that if the prime minister is corrupt then he corrupts the whole system.
He said that he had no personal enmity with the prime minister rather had differences with him due to corruption. He said whole country is united on foreign policy of the country, adding that clear message should be given that we all are on the same page. Imran said we are standing with the armed forces of the country and if India will try to commit any adventure then the whole country will be united.
He said that it was the tragedy of the country that influential and power people go scot free in the country.
He termed the Panama Papers’ leak an opportunity for Pakistan to make a new Pakistan and strengthen the state institutions.
He said: “All of us including Bilawal Bhutto Zardari should come forward and seize the opportunity to make a new Pakistan.
Answering to the questions raised by the Editors he said that if an escalated situation arises between India and Pakistan we will definitely call of our agitation and stand with our armed forces but I know for sure that there is no chance of war between us because India just wants to create a heated atmosphere since it wants Pakistan to move away from its stance on Kashmir.”-Sabah/Online
