PTIKARACHI, September 26: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) has submitted resolution about Panama Leaks in Sindh Assembly secretariat.
The resolution is submitted by the PTI Member Provincial Assembly Sher Zaman in provincial assembly secretariat.
It has been demanded in the resolution that PM Nawaz Sharif has hidden his assets therefore he should be declared disqualified and he has not been honest as per article 62 of the constitution of the Pakistan.
“It is further demanded in the resolution that SC and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to declared PM disqualified and both the state institutions should play their constitutional role in panama leaks”, the resolution added and maintained that PM made controversial statements on panama leaks during his address to nation.
It is prayed to Speaker that permission be granted to table resolution in the assembly under article 256 of constitution. PPP would favor the resolution of PTI if it is sincere, the resolution concluded.-Online
