252742ISLAMABAD (APP): Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shaharyar Khan on Wednesday congratulated Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed for the tremendous victory over World Champions West Indies in the Twenty20 series.
Pakistan whitewashed West Indies in the three-match T20 series. Pakistan beat West Indies by eight wickets in the Third T20 while in the first and second T20 Pakistan defeated West Indies by nine wickets and 16 runs, respectively.PCB Chairman also congratulated head coach Mickey Arthur,
manager Wasim Bari, the support staff and the entire T20 team for the remarkable victory over West Indies, said a press release issued here.“It has been a superb team effort to defeat the World
Champions in all three matches. Our team exhibited a fearless attitude with a high standard of fielding and discipline throughout the series,” he said.
The Chairman wished the team further success in the forthcoming ODI and Test Series. The ODI series will be played from September 30 while the Test series will begin from October 13.
