KARACHI, 10 October: President Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF), Mudassar Arain, on Monday informed that the Pakistan Men’s Netball team will participate in Asian Men’s Netball Championship 2016 to be held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 9th to 11th December 2016 and different countries of Asia will take part in this mega event. Pakistan Netball team will be consisted 12-players and 3- officials.
Pakistan Netball Federation is organising the National Netball Coaching & Training camp at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi from 17th October to 7th December 2016 in collaboration with Pakistan Sports Board. The PNF has selected twenty one outstanding players from various affiliated units for national training camp for desired participation.
The players selected include Abdul Haq, Usman Bashir, Samad Masood, Muhammad Aamir, Muhammad Shoaib, Mohammad Akhtar, Praim Shahzad, Muhammad Irfan, Zahid Sultan, Azhar Saleem, Zahid Iqbal, Muhammad Khrshid, Muhammad Shamriaz, Zahid Khan, Faisal ur Rehman, Hamood ur Rehman, Umair Hassan, Muhammad Zohair, Ajaz ul Haq, Ali Raza and Muhammad Ali.
During the national training camp the coaches will focus to players for specially new technique, physical fitness and maintain the duration of games and as well as combined coordination. Pakistan Netball Federation will also select the National team during the National Netball Training camp.
