PTIISLAMABAD, December 3: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen on Saturday said his party will approach the Lahore High Court (LHC) to seek disqualification of Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on corruption charges.
Speaking to media in Islamabad, Tareen said that PTI and PML-N will be major parties competing in next elections in Punjab. To a question regarding Panama Papers case, he said: “It seems difficult that Prime Minister will get clean chit in Panama leaks case”.
“Major political competition in next poll would be between PML-N and PTI in Punjab. PPP cannot return in Punjab by merely observing foundation day”, Jehangir Tareen predicted. -DNA
