It was more than fifteen years back that Dr. Kissinger had written his famous book: DOES AMERICA NEED A FOREIGN POLICY? It was quite a thought-provoking book as the title suggests. Dr. Kissinger had ventured to establish in that book that the mighty United States had arrived at a point of time where the world outside, needed to find ways and means of dealing with Washington which could enjoy all the luxury that came with immense power.

If Pakistan had needed a foreign policy Mian Nawaz Sharif would not have kept the portfolio vacant, and not allowed the Foreign office to become a laboratory for interesting experiments on the part of various cronies of the Prime Minister.
Another title and subject for Mian Nawaz Sharif would be: How To Earn Money In Power And How To Use Power To Earn Money.
I am sure Mian Sahib’s books would be best-sellers, considering the fact that he would prove all his points through personal experience.
