ISLAMABAD, January 27: Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should come in the National Assembly (NA) and explain his position in the context of his statement and speech.
While talking to the media here on Friday he said that ministers have used abusive language for a national level leader. He said the ministers have set an example of worst hooliganism and violence by misbehaving with elected representatives of the people. If Prime Minister regards himself an elected prime minister then he is answerable to the nation.
He said we along with other opposition parties sought reply from PM over corruption and he delivered speech in the house and clarified his position. His theft has been caught from the documents which came to light through foreign media and were filed in the court. Our stance is being corroborated day by day that PM has lied in the parliament.
He said we demand explanation from Prime Minister over this the ruling party lawmakers expressed their resentments and attacked PTI parliamentary members and used abusive language. Speaker should comprehend the matter impartially otherwise situation will worsen and sanctity of the house will be undermined and all the responsibility will rest with ministers and speaker on this count. -Online
