CDA launching Complaint Management System for the citizens

ISLAMABAD, April 2: Capital Development Authority is near launching Complaint Management System for its Public Grievance and Complaint Registration Cell.
The inclusive Complaint Management System has been developed by Information Technology Directorate of Capital Development Authority.
The Complaint Management System for Public Grievance and Complaint Registration Cell is the brain child of Member Administration Capital Development Authority Muhammad Yasir Peerzada.
Member Administration Capital Development Authority Muhammad Yasir Peerzada has said that present CDA administration is on track to modernize working of Capital Development Authority on contemporary international patterns.
IT based solutions to conventional administrative issues have proved triumphant worldwide. We are at work to put forward IT based solutions to conventional CDA problems.
The IT based Complaints Management System is designed to receive and redress all complaints through singular system under one umbrella.
Complaints will be registered through CDA website at www.cda.gov.pk/services/registercomplaints.
Complaints will be registered through telephones and mobile phones as well. Dedicated land line phone numbers and dedicated mobile phone numbers
0519252962,0519253016,03331518819 and 033315188 will be available for complaints registration. Against each registered complaint ,a tracking number will be issued.
SMS and email notifications will also be issued to update the complainant about development in complaint management.
The Complaint Management System is powered to highlight delay in complaints management period as RED so that escalation to higher management in terms of reports can be made.
The complaint Management System in the offing is enabled for feedback rating on scale from 1-5 for the complaints marked as resolved or closed. Complaints with poor feedback will be automatically forwarded to the higher management through CCO.
The new Complaints Management System for Public Grievance and Complaint Registration Cell will be operational shortly.-PR
