ISLAMABAD/RAWALPINDI, May 7: Foreign Office Spokesman Muhammad Nafess Zakaria has strongly condemned the unprovoked firing by the Indian security forces across the Line of Control (LoC).
FO spokesperson said in a statement that the Indian aggressions at Loc will endanger regional peace and stability. He said that Indian forces have been continuously violating ceasefire violations at the borders.
Earlier, four civilians including a kid were wounded in India’s unprovoked firing in Nikiyal sector.
According to ISPR, Indian troops committed ceasefire violation and targeted civilians with mortars in village Thruti in Nakiyal sector at LoC.
Four civilians including Barkat begum w/o M Nazir, Age 65 years. Ihsan Naseer s/o M Naseer., Age 12 years, Naseer Ahmad s/o Nazir Ahmad, Age 42 years and Farzana Kausar w/o M Naseer Age 35 years were injured. Pakistani troops effectively responded to silent Indian firing.-Sabah
