KARACHI, February 15:  A key security agency has expressed concern over what it termed the non-implementation of National Action Plan (NAP) in the interior parts of Sindh province, local media quoting sources reported on Monday. “The National Action Plan is non-existent in the interior Sindh,” sources quoting a report issued by the institution. Reports quoting sources said that the above institution has underscored need for effectively broadening the scope of NAP with an aim to restoration of peace in Karachi and the rest of Sindh province. The report further said that proscribed outfits have made safe havens in the province, adding the non-implementation of NAP is posing a major threat to the security.-Online
