It is customary on the part of Indian RAW to malign Pakistan by throwing mud on it over anything thing that goes wrong under the sun in Afghanistan in the hope that some mud would stick at it. A case in point is the alleged abduction of former governor of Herat Syed Fazlullah Wahidi from Islamabad recently where he had come on his way to UK.
The nefarious activities of umpteen Indian Consulates in Afghanistan against Pakistan are open secret. Under the garb of activities ostensibly aimed at promotion of commercial and trade ties between New Delhi and Kabul, the staff of the RAW appointed as Commercial and Press Attaches in these consulates have been indulging in activities against this country with the sole aim of letting it down in the eyes of world community.
There is no gainsaying the fact that both the military establishment and political government in this country have been going the whole hog in their coordination with Kabul so that through a concerted combined effort those subversive element could be eliminated which has been holding the law and order of this region to ransom. Never before in the history of this country has the Army and political government in this country shown such a zeal and passion to normalise relationship with our brotherly Muslim country, Afghanistan. It is only India which simply cannot see Kabul and Islamabad on the same page. Right from 1947 it has been trying desperately to sow seeds of mistrust between Pakistan and Afghanistan through its paid agents on both sides of the Durand Line and to stir trouble in FATA also. It is another matter that since a majority of our border tribesmen are loyal to this country and they can see through the game and machination of Hindu conspiracy to pit Kabul against Islamabad it could not succeed in its diabolical designs. Before long the real culprit behind the alleged kidnapping of the former Afghan governor would be known and the Indians would have to cut a sorry figure and lick their wounds as before.
