Portraying Pakistan as an epicenter of terrorism through false-flag operations like 2016 Pathankot and 2008 Mumbai attacks, India continuously propagating that it is always becoming a victim of Pakistan’s sponsored terrorism. Under Indian influence, Afghan government is also constantly blaming Pakistan and its national security institutions for promoting unrest in Afghanistan.
India has repeatedly denied the oppressed people of Indian occupied Kashmir their right to self-determination which its founding fathers had pledged at the august forum of the United Nations Security Council and is enshrined in its resolutions. Pakistan has categorically rejected an Indian claim that Kashmir was an integral part of India.
“Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed State as per UN Security Council resolutions,” Foreign Office spokesman said.
It is also mandatory to proactively highlight the serious human right violations being committed in the Indian Occupied Kashmir and the denial of the right of self-determination to Kashmiris.
The US-India joint statement regarding the atrocities being committed by the Indian Security Forces against the innocent Kashmiris, the Prime Minister stressed upon the prioritization of the need for a peaceful neighbourhood and resolution of disputes through diplomatic dialogue.
However, the blatant disregard of the testimony of horror in Indian occupied Kashmir, of atrocities perpetrated on people wanting to end foreign military occupation of their homeland, the International community has long forsaken the Kashmir Issue for so many decades now. Since the beginning of the uprising in January 1990, the Kashmiris have been demanding an end to 48 years of Indian forced rule. What is depicted to the world by the Indian media is anything but the reality of Indian atrocities since no journalist, human rights and humanitarian organizations, or even tourists are allowed to enter Occupied Kashmir.
“There is extreme pain and anguish in the people of Pakistan on the brutalities being committed against the unarmed and innocent Kashmiri people, who are only exercising their right to peaceful protest.”
In yet another clear manifestation that India is not at all interested in normalization of relations with Pakistan, the authorities in New Delhi put the capital on high alert and security was beefed up at vital installations, important buildings and crowded pla
This seems to be part of the propaganda campaign aimed at maligning and defacing Pakistan by linking it every now and then with incidents of terrorism. There have also been genuine concerns in Pakistan that terror attacks are being engineered by Indian intelligence agencies with the objective of derailing the prospects of peace between the two countries and putting Pakistan under pressure in the International community.
Moreover, the International community should also ponder on the prolonged Afghan and Kashmir conflict and needs to support Afghanistan in achieving a broad inclusive political reconciliation support Pakistan and Afghanistan government in increasing its capability to fight forces of extremism and terrorism. Time has come to realize the strategic environment in Afghanistan and find a political solution to the imbroglio by taking all stake holders on board, there is simply no other way.
The stunning arrest and subsequent confessions of a RAW agent Kul Boshan Yadav, a serving officer of Indian Navy from Balochistan have proved that India is sponsoring terrorism in south and central Asia. As the terrorism emanating from these regions is a threat to international peace, this Indian strategy is counterproductive for the Global War against terrorism. Therefore, it could not be treated as solely Pakistan’s concern and international community must urge Indian government to halt its terrorist activities in Pakistan and regions around it. RAW’s involvement in terrorism like this can reverse the gains made by the sincere efforts of Pakistan and international community in uprooting terrorism from Af-Pak region.
Similarly, the Kashmir conflict has a way of boiling truth into vapor. Every fact is contested, every confession suspect, every alliance a prelude to some sort of betrayal. People ambushed, caught in cross-fires, snatched away, hideously tortured buried and forgotten in clandestine graces: all this has become a commonplace ever since the rebellion against India began in late 1989. Atrocities real and concocted are employed as necessary skullduggery.
A number of Baloch militants voluntarily surrendered to our armed forces shared who and where they were getting the funding to carry out anti Pakistan activities.
Pakistan is a fully functional and thriving democracy with complete freedom of expression and a polity where all fundamental human rights are practised and cherished. Regarding the “do more” mantra, US has now adopted, Pakistan has never compromised its basic vital interests and whenever Pakistani institutions acted against terrorists, it was not done at the behest of foreign powers or according to their timeframe or desire but in accordance with the need of the times and for the sake of the survival of the innocent people of Pakistan. About India, however the entire world knows what the Indian ideology is what is it capable of exporting.
