ISLAMABAD, November 5: NAB has at last received verified details of Nawaz family’s illegal assets from Saudi Arabia, UAE and Britain on Sunday.
Sources said that Nawaz Sharif family has claimed that they have established Azizia Mills after selling Gulf Steel Mills. It said that the UAE Government has said that there is no record of selling Gulf Steel Mills.
NAB said that UAE Government has also said that the news of the transfer of Sharif family’s money from UAE is wrong. It said Saudi Arabia has also verified the assets documents of Sharif family. It said that the investment has also been sent to Saudi Arabia through money laundering.
NAB said the Saudi Government has also assured that it would cooperate with Pakistan in this case. Sources said that there is no possibility that the Sharif family will now escape after the disclosure of these new documents. NAB said that it has also received documents from Britain which show that Maryam Nawaz is beneficial owner of the London flats.-Monitoring Desk
