Pakistan definitely needs internal stability to over come the ongoing complex challenges . Terrorism , corruption , poor governance and immature conduct by top political leadership is adding to the worries of a common citizen . But a permanent state of disappointment and hopelessness must not be allowed to creep in . Pakistan is not the only country struggling with such challenges . Many countries with worse state of affairs successfully managed to rise against all odds . Struggle and acceleration in right direction eventually takes a nation to the desired destination . Though , it is a collective challenge but lot more depends upon the leadership . Setting up a right aim and synergizing the major state institutions is the only way to survive respectably among the comity of nations . We miserably lack in these fields . After the Quaid , leadership vacuum compromised all our potentials , What all is visible on history’s canvas can be termed as haphazard visionless maneuvering and even worst kind of reactive approach . May it be military rule or the elected political regime, no worth while output could be delivered to the state resultantly every passing day took us away from the path of stability . Surviving in a region like ours is not an easy going business and turns into a real tough challenge with the neighborhood like India and Afghanistan . Our internal handicaps and disorders make the survival more difficult . Our enemies precisely know the nature of internal turmoil prevailing in Pakistan’s socio-political dynamics. We lost a part of country in 71 without applying political wisdom and statesmanship and allowed the enemy to mold the situation in her favor by manipulating with the poison of linguistic prejudices . Outcome was sheer disgrace and national embarrassment . Instead of identifying the real root causes few of our quarters spent lot of energy in portraying civil- military rift behind every major crisis. This approach of analyzing sensitive issues is dangerous . Singling out any particular institute of the state , on comparative grounds , to put blame of failure ultimately compromises the cohesion on policy matters . Over a period of time , media has emerged as an effective tool in building or molding the perceptions. Our adversary India is investing heavily to keep Pakistan on back foot by twisting the facts to build a negative perception on account of cross border terrorism and civil – military internal rift . It is a old Indian strategy to malign Pakistan’s army and portray the most organized state institute as an adversary of political leadership. East Pakistan tragedy provided enough space to project this impression but gradually Pakistan managed to build one of the most well equipped battle hardened army which is standing like a rock against the evil intentioned designs of India , Though , involvement of army in country’s politics has always remained an undesirable reality and the professional capacity of the institute can not be taken as a justification or excuse for a wrong act but at the same time we can not remain oblivious of the fact that India aims at our absolute disintegration in all spheres. Apolitical stance of Pak army is a point of concern for India which gets accentuated with the tough resistance being offered by our society against Raw sponsored terrorism . Lead role by Pak army in this complex war remains a permanent nightmare for India . Why do we often hear from across the border that Pakistan army is involved in conspiracies against political government .Our enemy desires a divide much worst than it was in East Pakistan . Articles are frequently appearing in various magazines, having obvious linkage with Raw, propagating against Pakistan army with baseless allegations . Similar tone and text is visible in our English media where few self styled intellectuals have nothing to offer other than reproducing the stereo type anti Pakistan themes . These journalists or writers are neither aloof of the regional dynamics nor unaware of the Indo- USA designs . This anti Pakistan hype means a lot to Pakistan but all in negative sense . Political instability is curable ad purely a internal issue of Pakistan ! Real point to worry is that why our leadership is hesitant of following the constitutional bindings in letter and spirit . Careless verbosity by few of our political celebrities has unwittingly served much in the favor of our enemies. A criticism on Pak army, if emerging from India , can never be taken in the favor of our democracy . How the things are turning worst in Afghanistan , occupied Kashmir and at LOC can not be ignored . Indian sponsored terrorism in Pakistan is a reality . We are fighting a war against terrorism which emanates from India . Under these circumstances , articles surfacing in dubious media publications, advising us the lessons against Pak army , are nothing but a propaganda trash . Let’s be aware of the Indian biased propaganda !
