ISLAMABAD, May 14: Sardar Masood Khan, President Azad Jammu and Kashmir has expressed his deepest grief and sorrow over the tragic incident that has taken place at KundalShahi in Neelum Valley leading to the loss of many precious lives.
In a statement issued here, the President sent his prayers and thoughts to the families of the victims and prayed that the Almighty may grant them the patience and strength to bear this irreparable loss.
The President said that a well-coordinated search and rescue operation has been initiated, where the administration and other authorities concerned have been mobilized and assured that the best medical assistance will be provided to the injured.
The incident was said to have taken place after the bridge collapsed while a large number of students visiting the area were crossing it.-PR
