PESHAWAR, December 16: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that time has come to root out terrorism from country once and for all. He said unusual situation demand unusual decisions. He said we will take revenge of every drop of blood of APS martyrs from terrorists. He said the day is not very far away when terrorism will be rooted out completely from country. He said that the operation Zarb-e-Azb has broken the back of terrorists. He said Pakistan army has achieved great successes in war against terrorism under the leadership of General Raheel Sharif. He said decisive action would be taken the terrorists. Addressing a ceremony in connection with first anniversary of Army
Public School tragedy in Peshawar on Wednesday, he said that Operation Zarb-i-Azb has broken the back of terrorists and the day is not far when terrorism will be completely eliminated.
The Prime Minister said the 16th December APS tragedy has united the whole nation and fixed the future course for Pakistan. Prime Minister also announced to establish Army Public School Shuhada University.

He announced to observe this day as the Day of National Resolve to promote Education. He said we have to eradicate the darkness of obscurantism and lay the foundation of such a Pakistan, which is based on love, affection and tolerance,
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif paid tributes to the armed forces for waging a valient campaign against terrorism under the leadership of Army Chief General Raheel Sharif and completely eliminating the terrorists.
The Prime Minister said the people are also fighting shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces against the menace of terrorism and are rendering tremendous sacrifices.
He said that the Government and its security forces are making serious efforts to root out crimes and restore peace in Karachi. Similarly, he said efforts are also underway to strengthen peace in Balochistan.
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said the Government is determined to handover a peaceful and prosperous Pakistan in line with the dreams of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
The Prime Minister said after the APS tragedy we took a firm decision to eliminate the terrorists and to hit them with full force. He also appreciated the political leadership which got united after this tragedy and made the resolve to eliminate terrorism from the country. Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said we will enlighten every nook and corner of country with knowledge and Pakistan will be included in leading developed countries of the world.
Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, Chief Ministers of four provinces Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Parvez Khan Kattack, DR Abdul Malik Baloch, CM Gilgit-Baltistan Hafiz Hafizur Rehman , Federal Ministers Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Amir Senator Sirajul Haq, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sardar Mehtab Ahmed Khan Abbasi, Chairman joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Rashad Mehmood, three services chiefs General Raheel Sharif, Admiral Zakaullah, Air Chief Marshal Sohial Aman and parents of martyred children and students of APS attended the ceremony.-Sabah
