There is a strong influence of Bollywood in all aspects of Indian Lifestyle. Even the news story hindustan Times ran on November 12, this year where a very dedicated officer , Ramesh Mahale, the Chief Investigation officer for the Mumbai attacks, recalls how the 21 year old Kasab gave no straight answers during his interrogation, proclaiming at one point ;“Aap jeet gaye, main har gaya [you won, I lost].” . Till handing over the death sentence he never thought he will be hanged. On another occasion he said he was a Pakistani who has come to catch a glimpse of the infamous Amitabh Bachan. Some six days later another story broke in Indian media about Kasab being issued domicile certificate for Bidhooan Tehsil in UP’s Auraiya district, father’s name Mohd. Amir. The authorities claim that all the information prior to certificate issuance turned out false and the relevant personnel have been suspended.
For starters let us assume that this was a false certificate. The matter is of grave concern how easy is it for anyone to enter India and get a domicile? Have they learnt nothing from the apparent security breaches? How broken is the Indian advanced anti-terrorism and intelligence that such a gross negligence occurred in the first place even if for a second one imagines it to be false? Anyone can come in India and become an indian even an alleged terrorist like Kasab in the wake of the great India becoming such a great hub of commerce and peace. Ironically if this is another scandal it is another irony in a long list of failures. This piece of information making its way in mainstream media points out how flawed the entire Information industry is in India. Freedom of speech some would say but denials and Government explanations prove that Indians might not need anyone else to create terror but their own media. On the tenth anniversary the frequency of the attacks is far more important for the media outlets than to note how safe Indian waters are to terrorist attacks if there are any. This brings us to another observation.
Elias Davidson is a Jew who lives in Germany, asked some simple questions and the answers came in the form of his book, “Betrayal of India” some very simple observations about how the Mumbai attacks were a false flag operation. All Davidson had to do was look at all the evidence and court proceedings forensically. He very rightly pointed out how the Indian establishments was in a hurry to establish him as a perpetrator, he kept on changing stance. Many still question in India today as to the role of government in Mumbai and her false flag operation. It is high time Pakistan and her media wakes up. We are under attack from conventional and unconventional sources. It is high time new media is taken seriously towards the severity of the issue at hand. 10 years later very soon Kasab’s identity from UP paved way for the world to light candles with India for peace. While we find our names in the Grey list Indians are able to survive and thrive solely blaming Pakistan. There should be a realization though that the geopolitical climate is constantly changing and the purposes our friendly neighbor is serving the “Allied” forces can quickly lose its relevance. May and Trump can easily shift their gaze but as long as people are basking in the angelic gratitude thrown their way we need to work harder and stop waiting for a savior.
