MIRPUR, February 28: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Ch Abdul Majeed has said that government would continue to serve the masses and turn AJK into a developed territory.
While talking to a delegation here at Prime Minister house on Sunday the Premier said that upcoming general elections in AJK will be fair free and
transparent and PPP would win the people ‘s trust again.
Our opponents haven’t courage to face the voters that’s why they’re playing with people aspirations and hopes. He said that we are following the path of Sheheed Benazir Bhutto and would not compromise on people s rights. The elements involved in exploitation of people can’t stop us from our mission.
PPP government in AJK has completed dozens of mega developmental projects with short sphere of time. People of AJK enjoying fruits of development in Azad Kashmir’ he said. Premier said that United Nations resolutions on Kashmir must be implemented to ensure sustainable peace in the region.
The Prime Minister Ch Abdul Majeed called upon the international community to press India to fulfil its pledges of giving Kashmiris their right to self determination accordance with United Nations resolutions.-Online
