While making loud hue and cry over fabricated allegations of cross border terrorism on neighbors since long , this time India stands exposed more than ever after being trapped with her own laid net in Kabul . Optimum use of terrorism as a tool of state policy eventually brought New Dehli at a stage where the word embarrassment seems inappropriate to describe the level of shame. Suicidal attack in Kabul few days back was not just like the routine blasts which usually take the lives of common Afghans mercilessly and world mostly remains unmoved on all human miseries . This attack was entirely different in nature as unlike the past its target were those RAW’ assets hiding in Afghanistan who had been actively involved in hard core terrorism in Pakistan by igniting the flames of so called Baloch separatist movement. Though , Aslam Achu was a wanted person for Pak law enforcement agencies since long due to his involvement in terrorism and malicious linkage with RAW but his name suddenly found place in headlines after terrorist attack on Chinese consulate in Karachi. This high profile attack was an obvious output from well trained terrorists who could never execute it in high security zone without deep support from foreign hostile agencies. Let’s be clear in naming and shaming ; the support was from none other than the RAW as vigorous pursuance of Modi’s venomous dream in Balochistan is a fundamental cornerstone of state policy for decision makers in New Dehli . Who can forget Modi’s independence day speech of 2016 in which he spoke his heart out about separation of Balochistan! Such naked expression of aggressive designs against a neighboring state by premier of country is enough an evidence to prove that cross border terrorism is a tool of Indian state policy. Persistent terrorism in Balochistan gradually gained momentum after formal declaration of CPEC . Chain of terrorist attacks, spread from Balochistan to Northern areas, speaks volumes about the perpetrators , financiers and master minds . All developments confirming the confessions made by RAW’ agent Khal Bhoshan Jhadev who himself had been operating terrorist net works against Pakistan . Killing of Aslam Achu on Afghan soil in a mysterious suicidal blast can not be taken as a simple incidence. As per various media reports Aslam , being head of a Indian sponsored hard core terrorist net work , was being chased by Pak law enforcement agencies. During an encounter with Pak security troops , despite being injured Aslam managed to flee across the border. Initially, he landed in a hospital in Dehli for treatment from where further RAW shifted him to Afghanistan . Shockingly surprising fact is that Aslam Achu managed to escape in injured state through Iran. This escape trail clearly confirms that RAW has successfully established a vast terrorist net work spread over regional canvas. It is now more logical and convenient to connect the dots marked by Khal Bhoshan Jhadev who had been running the networks while mostly stationed in Iran. With all such obvious Indian moves , mysterious killing of an asset like Aslam Achu in a Afghanistan is not difficult to decipher . Attack on Chinese consulate was not only aimed at bringing Pakistan in troubled waters rather a loud challenge to strong stake holder China ! Taking side of USA in regional tug of war , Indian cross border terrorism policy has significantly crossed those red lines which rang many bells for major regional players like Russia , China and Iran. Hindrance in acceleration on CPEC is no more an indigenous Indian dream rather it appears as a joint wish of Washinton and New Dehli. Disclosure about Aslam Achu’s involvement in planning and execution of high profile attack on Chinese consulate brought a big black spot on the repute of India . It was no more an easy task to shroud the cross border terrorism with effective diplomacy and proactive media cannonade. RAW came out with one more blunder and eliminated her trusted asset Aslam Achu through a stage managed suicidal attack primarily with an aim to mute the potential witness. It is hard to believe that under highly pro Indian Afghan security set up a precious asset like Aslam Achu was targeted with sharp precision by the attackers . Elimination of a hard core terrorist like Aslam in Kabul has raised many valid questions and dirty game being played against Pakistan under Indian patronage is hidden in the answers of these questions. On one hand Pakistan is striving hard to restore the regional peace, spoiled by regional and global players, by striking dialogue between rival forces. On the other hand , India surfaces on regional canvas as a peace spoiler state deeply involved in cross border terrorism . Presence of hard core terrorist Aslam Achu in Kabul is more mysterious and meaningful than his elimination in a stage managed attack. Pakistan should raise this issue at all regional and international forums to expose the India which has adopted cross border terrorism as tool of state policy.
