Regional peace in South Asia can only be restored by gradually reducing the role of foreign elements. Afghanistan , definitely remains the hub of intrusions and interferences made by regional and global players over a stretch of past four decades. Frequent terrorist actions all across the Afghanistan including the capital Kabul clearly reflect the intensity of deterioration and turmoil. Persistent bloodshed and baseless blaming on a peace seeking neighbor like Pakistan in the past remained persistently a bad omen for regional peace. Writing on wall is clear and obvious that policy of willful denial needs to be substituted with more pragmatic approach . Onus of responsibility , for a wide scale unrest, flatly rests on the shoulders of Afghan unity government and her masters who never let her assert as a responsible sovereign ruling entity . Questions about role of foreign boots on Afghan soil and extra ordinary Indian involvement in sensitive matters carry lot of relevance with gradually rising regional unrest . While the air is filled with audible whispers of peace dialogue between Afghan Taliban and USA , One can easily predict that Kabul is still transmitting bad signs as the unity government stands more than usually irrelevant in the whole process and the headache for New Dehli is multiplying with each passing day specially after the satirical commentary by President Trump about Modi’s efforts for library in Afghanistan. Interestingly surprising fact is that eventually a loud recognition for Pakistan’s positive role has surfaced from most of the regional and global players including USA. Despite all these goodies , no permanent cure for Afghanistan’s ailment has surfaced yet as the precious lives are being lost persistently again in uncontrollable trail of bomb blasts . Looming unrest still mounting over the minds of common masses, who in the past at many occasions came out on roads and streets of Kabul in protest against the inefficiency and dubious conduct of unity government. Situation turned worst with unnecessary use of force against the protestors which once even resulted in death important persons including son of deputy chairman senate and top officials like ministers and governors. . Who can forget the trail of four blasts which took place during the funeral prayer gathering in 2017 once top Afghan officials were also present at the site including Abdullah Abdullah, who nearly escaped the deadly strikes. These disturbing events sufficiently expose the causes of unrest in Afghanistan. Failure of Afghan Security agencies needs no more emphasis as the reality is undeniable and Afghan masses are paying heavy price for it. Routine blame game against Pakistan has lost its credibility in public eyes, as majority is now capable enough to look upon the real hands moving the strings of puppets. It happened at many occasions that protestors raised slogans against the Afghan unity government and USA. This swing in public mood radiates alarming signs for Indian influenced elements of Afghan Unity government. Few of their cronies attempt to divert the attention of Afghan masses towards Pakistan for understandable reasons . Credible media figures have predicted at many occasions that Indian backed lobby had well chalked out plans to launch deliberate efforts against Pakistan by stage managing protests and attack on Embassies. In fact, recent trail of violence and wave of public anger against Afghan government have largely damaged the anti-Pakistan agenda being pursued by Indo-Afghan-USA lobby. Exposure of serious differences in Afghan unity government can be judged from the various statements of top officials who had been clearly blaming unity government for having insider support to terrorist actions . Independent analysts have been pointing out many such like weaknesses of Afghan government which contributed in adding up to deterioration of peace. Fingers were pointed out in the past on top officials like police chief, once the UAE diplomats were targeted in a blast in 2017. At that time Governor Bulkh raised serious doubts upon credibility of Afghan Unity government . Unfortunately, internal rift and clash of interest between major players brought Afghanistan more closer to absolute disaster. Blind pursuance of anti-Pakistan agenda with undeniable Indian backing could not fetch any good for Afghanistan. Pakistan shares long border and a vast history of socio-cultural relations with Afghanistan. Indian maneuvering has largely spoiled the overall texture of relations specially her influence on Afghan officials remains a major source of irritant in Pak-Afghan bilateral relations. On the other hand, it is also an undeniable fact that present Afghan rulers neither have roots in public nor they care about the public interests. Who does not know that present Afghan set up was established with American support. Failure of ANA has also been accepted by USA in few official reports. Despite these undeniable wrong doings on part of Afghan government, USA and India, a large part of dubious critics continuously blame Pakistan for unrest in Afghanistan. Finally the time has proved that baseless practice of Pakistan bashing failed miserably in changing the ground realities. Pakistan stands firm while holding the flag of peace against the rough winds of terrorism and violence . Though Afghanistan is still unpredictable and disturbed , but world has eventually started acknowledging the positive side of Pakistan in the back drop of undeniable role played for setting the dialogue table between rival quarters.
