His opponents are going hysterical declaring that Imran Khan and his PTI have embraced failure in the shortest time in our history.
Let us examine this statement.
The sworn goal of Imran Khan while entering the intricate world of politics was to wage a war against, and to bring down the ruling families that were so blatantly engaged in corruption and plunder.
Even till the elections of 2008, ‘the Bhutto/Zardari family’ and ‘the Sharif family’ were the dominant political forces in Pakistan’s politics.
What is the present situation?
Mian Nawaz Sharif is in jail. Maryam Nawaz is convicted Shahbaz Sharif. Is on the run. Hamza Shahbaz. Is living on interim bails. And both Bilawal and his father Zardari are going through the ‘hysteric period’ that precedes ‘arrest’.
What about Imran Khan?
He is Pakistan’s Prime Minister. And will be attending the Summit of the world’s Muslim countries in Saudi Arab.
What a failure!
