Unstoppable rise in political temperature seems alarmingly unusual specially once it causes a significant disorder on the floor of parliament. Only a fool would believe that all outburst from opposition benches is for the much talked about production order of MNA arrested for attacking a security check post by inciting violence and hatefulness against the armed forces of Pakistan. This extraordinary vigor was not expected from major opposition parties, PPP and PML-N, who never paid any heed to the serious issues of FATA during their past respective rule. Bitter developments can not be viewed in isolation of regional developments taking place in neighboring countries. Spill over effects of unrest in Afghanistan have remained a major headache for Pakistan on many accounts.
It is obvious that weapon of linguistic and territorial hatred has been forged afresh against Pakistan . Why it is happening in that aggressive way ? And who is behind all such venomous lethal moves ? Both these questions are neither difficult to answer nor any doubt should ever exist in the minds of decision making quarters while assessing the situation being confronted by the state. Tribal belt, which recently got merged with KP province, had multiple governance and administrative problems.
Merger of these areas with KP was itself a major step towards healing the old wounds inflicted due to prolonged absence of proper governance and above all the writ of state. Bitter history of strained relations with Afghanistan and decades long interference from Afghan official quarters between late 40s and mid 70s to carve out a major piece of land till Attock bridge adds extra negativity to the existing complex scenario.
A question rightly arises in minds that why a so called leader from a terror ridden territory establishes high hopes with an ill governed country like Afghanistan which neither possess a genuine political government nor holds a proper apparatus to deal with the deep rooted socio- political problems. Inclination and extra tilt of newly born so called Pushtoon rights activists appears more sinister and treacherous once an impartial view is taken of the fact that Pakistan is still carrying the burden of more than 3 Million Afghan refugees on shoulders.
How a limping, bleeding and instable Afghanistan under the rule of a puppet government can heal the ailing tribal belt of Pakistan. A more serious question needs to be viewed regarding the loyalty of an elected member in the light of constitutional oath taken by him or her before commencing formal functioning as a parliamentarian. Does law permit a parliamentarian to demand pull out of troops from an area where army is deployed under the orders of elected government?
If a need is felt by any parliamentarian for the pull out of troops , for any foolish or wise reason, then should he approach the political government at the floor of parliament or should he lead an armed assault at a check post where performing their duty under a rough hot weather in the holy month of Ramazan. Mysterious appeals are being made to those countries who carry aggressive designs towards Pakistan . Strangely , newly born arrested activists strictly refrain from uttering a single word about the follies of USA which spoiled the lives of three generation through persistent meddling in regional affairs. Those self style human rights liberal campaigners ,who are crusading in the battlefield of social media , have no shame to raise voice about India for committing heinous crimes against Kashmiri masses.
Why all support for PTM has started pouring in from those quarters who live on the feed of dubious foreign sources? Why a so called intellectual serving in a Western think tank , a journalist dying for a space in foreign media , and a faceless social media account holder barking at the top of voice against Pakistan and its armed forces. It is obvious that armed forces have hindered all sinister moves to erase Pakistan as a sovereign state .
This game is all about bleeding the China, Russia and thier allies to strengthen American grip on the regional chessboard . In the eyes of America, parting of ways remains one of the biggest crimes by Pakistan. Indian designs and views about Pakistan needs no elaboration and recent electoral victory of Hindu extremist cult BJP. New Dehli, entangled and irritated in occupied Kashmir , finds insane justifications for irreparable flaws by creating parallels in Balochistan , tribal belt and GB areas.
Modi uttered his venomous designs during an independence day speech few years back. What else do we need to decipher the poisonous moves made by so called rights activists? A peaceful ,economically strong , militarily potent and internally stable is about time to dedicate maximum energies and time of the parliament on the serious issues being confronted by the nation.
Precious resources should not be wasted upon trigger happy dubious accidental parliamentarians who pay no heed to their sacred constitutional oath. Let the courts to decide the fate of those who attack on the sons of soil in support of alleged terrorists.
