The past rulers of Pakistan are solely responsible for the Muslim blood being spilled in Kashmir. They are also responsible for the atrocities being committing by the Hindu extremists against the helpless Muslims of India.
They were more interested in getting bailed out of the Kashmir issue rather than forcing India to honour its commitments in the U.N, regarding the implementation of the right of self-determination of people of Kashmir.
