RAWALPINDI, October 11: Director General Inter Service Public Relation Major General Asif Ghafoor has said that China will not remain silent if Pakistan needs it.
While giving a briefing to senior journalists regarding the visit to China, Major General Asif Ghafoor said that Chinese President Xi Jinping has assured that his country will not remain silent if Pakistan needs it.
During the briefing, he said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has invited the Chinese President to relocate industries in Pakistan while the Prime Minister has made it clear that we do not need aid.
DGISPR further said that the visit of Pakistani leadership was important in the current scenario, while China has assured Pakistan to cooperation in FATF.
Major General Asif Ghafoor said that the visit to China was based on a 3-point agenda, No.1 occupied Kashmir, No.2, CPEC and No.3 Pak-China defense cooperation. DGISPR said that Pakistan cannot remain silent if Indian atrocities will continue in Kashmir. He said that Kashmir is in our blood and Kashmiris have not bowed before India yet, Pakistan will use all its resources whenever needed. According to the DGISPR, Chinese President said that China will continue its cooperation for the sovereignty of Pakistan.
Pakistan has helped China in the past, which President Xi Jinping acknowledged, and he further added that civil and military leadership in Pakistan are working together. which is very good.
He further said that Prime Minister Imran Khan asked the Chinese President to inform Modi about the situation and inform them that curfew should be removed immediately from occupied Kashmir.-Agencies
