ISLAMABAD, December 20: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain has said in a statement that such a brutal verdict was given even during the martial law as has happened in present era, a judge forget this that life and death all is in the hand of Almighty Allah, what will happen after the death judge sahib has also decided that.
He said that if any such decision comes against a judge whether such an order will also be implemented against him, decision was given so that martial law is not imposed again but after the words of this decision has lowered the morale of the army dealing with the prevailing situation in the country, crisis like situation has pained Pakistan and people living in it. Ch Shujat Hussain said that lakhs of sepoys are ready to be hit by bullet and to fire on the command of the army chief in the defence of the country, this verdict of the judge has greatly pained the army jawans and entire nation.
He said that big jurists and lawyers are indulging in legal complications but nobody’s thinking that for the army officer on whose command lakhs of sepoys can be hit by bullet that army chief has been called as the traitor.-NNI
