The fashion brand ‘All About You’ from Deepika Padukone in association with Myntra, has released a video as part of their Women’s Week campaign, which echoes the very sentiment. The first in a series of three videos, based on various social norms, this video showcases several women from different walks of life, sharing their views on what’s their idea of everyday style.
The three-minute video, directed by Nupur Asthana of ‘Hip Hip Hurray’ and ‘Mujhse Fraandship Karoge’ fame, begins with a lady quoting Oscar Wilde, “be a work of art, or wear a work of art`. Setting the tone of the video, we see women expressing their sentiments on societal expectations be it in their personal or professional lives, and how they chose to either conform or break the rules.
