I believe that IK is presiding over a govt & a resolve that would bring about liberation of Indian-occupied Kashmir. Logic says Modi will take a suicidal gamble; also that he would not invite the extinction of Hindu people; and that in a short & fierce war Kashmir wil be liberated.
