The kind of adoration (and the worldwide range of this adoration)that has been showered on Imran Khan for four & a half decades can make one act like a king but here is a king who acted like a commoner the first time I met him. He won me over. Humility has remained his strength.

Over the decades I have learnt that whatever ONE plans passionately becomes irrelevant in the face of Allah’s Will. You never know what Allah has in store for you; in what way He will reward or punish you. I succeeded when I least expected and failed when certain of success.
