I am a staunch believer of the Rights of Women. More importantly of the dignity of Womanhood. I remember in 1982,3,4,5,6,7,8 the finance department of my ad agency Midas was manned by women. Key posts in my organisation were held by Salima Hashmi Uzma Gilani and Naveed Shahzad.
