President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov will participate in the final meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC) to be held today, Dec. 10 in the format of a video conference. The press service of the Kyrgyz president reported that the virtual meeting will be chaired by Kazakhstan.
Heads of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states will be presented with information on the results of the work carried out in 2021, including on the implementation of measures laid down in the Strategic directions of development of the Eurasian economic integration until 2025.
In addition, the meeting participants are expected to sign an agreement on the use of navigation seals in the EAEU to track transportation, consideration of the implementation of the Union’s budget for 2020 and the draft budget for 2022, the main directions of the EAEU international activities for 2022, as well as other issues related to the deepening of integration processes.
This SEEC meeting will also consider the transition of the presidency of the Eurasian Economic Union from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan.
