KFUEIT organises a three-day international conference on ‘Physical Sciences and Engineering’

RAHIM YAR KHAN, December 14: Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) organized a three-day international conference on ‘Physical Sciences and Engineering’. In this regard, the opening ceremony of the conference was held on Tuesday in KFUEIT. Vice Chancellor Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology Prof. Dr. Mehmood Saleem, Ms. Wang Yuying from Shenyang University China, Prof. Dr. Ghulam Musharaf (TI) from HEJ Karachi, and Vice Chancellor Khwaja Fareed University Prof. Dr. Suleman Tahir were chief guests of the ceremingy. Ex. Vice Chancellor IUB Prof. Dr. Afzal Rao, Dr. Khurram Joya, Dr. Umair Bajwa, Dr. Shahzad Ali Chattha and Mujeeb Arjumand Khan were the guest of honour. Dr. Zaigham Abbas represented Federal Minister for Climate Change Ms. Zartaj Gul Wazir in the ceremony. More than 150 professors and research scholars from Pakistan, Ireland, America, England, China, SriLanka, India, Iran, Turkey, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Canada, Sweden, South Korea, Australia, Kazqastan & Qatar who belongs to different national and international universities will present their research in the conference. In the opening ceremony, during his opening address, Prof. Dr. Suleman Tahir welcomed and thanked all participants of the conference. He hoped that the international conference will bring good international linkages for Khwaja Fareed University. It will open new avenues of collaboration in research which would help us to sort out the problems of industry and agriculture in the region. It would be beneficial for faculty as well as for students. During their speech in the opening ceremony, Prof. Dr. Mehmood Saleem, Ms. Wang Yuying, Prof. Dr. Ghulam Musharaf, Dr. Zaigham Abbas and Prof. Dr. Afzal Rao consider this conference as a good step for international recognition.-PR
