ISLAMABAD, March 14: Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz will meet with Indian External affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and other Foreign ministers of SAARC countries on sidelines of SAARC Council of Ministers meeting on 17 March, 2016 in Nepal.
Sources said that in his meeting with his Indian Counterpart Aziz will also talk her for the restoration of comprehensive dialogue between two neighboring States, which were postponed after the Pathankot incident.
Foreign Office spokesperson in his statement also confirmed that Foreign Ministers of SAARC Countries on the sidelines of the SAARC Council of Ministers’ meeting on 17 March 2016 in Nepal. He will extend Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s formal invitation to their respective Heads of State/Heads of Government for the 19th SAARC Summit, being hosted by Pakistan in Islamabad this year.
In response to media queries, the Spokesperson informed that the Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Mr. Sartaj Aziz, will meet Foreign Ministers of SAARC Countries on the sidelines of the SAARC Council of Ministers’ meeting to extend Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s formal invitation to their respective Heads of State/Heads of Government for the 19th SAARC Summit, being hosted by Pakistan in Islamabad this year.-Online
