ISLAMABAD, January 24: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for CDA Affairs and Regional President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Islamabad Division Ali Nawaz Awan has said that a leader is one who stands with his people in difficult times and this quality is only in Prime Minister Imran Khan. He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting of the Advisory Committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Islamabad Division. He said that Imran Khan is a leader who cares for the country and listens to his people. He said that people know that Imran Khan will not run away from the country like Nawaz Sharif nor will he build a palace. Imran Khan himself wants Nawaz Sharif to come to Pakistan and complete his sentence period.
Several key decisions were taken during regional advisory committee meeting. It was decided that legal assistance would be provided to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf members on objections raised in connection with the delimitation and a team of lawyers will be present at the head office to provide legal assistance. A five-member committee has also been formed in this regard.
It was informed in the meeting that Prime Minister Imran Khan will announce SehatInsaf Card for 100% of the population of Islamabad on January 26 for which an effective publicity campaign will be launched. A five-member committee has also been formed to liaise with the Ministry of Health on issues related to SehatInsaf Card. Members of the committee include Amir Mughal, IliasMehraban, Hasnain Shah, Naeem Khan and Malik Amir. The meeting also decided that the PTI Islamabad social media team would be finalized in the next few days and the names would be announced.-PR
